Trying to plug the ol' site... « Thread Started on Apr 21, 2009, 8:24am »
Well, as usual I'm trying to get the website's name out there. In the past, I think it may have been hard to get new readers since there were so few comics to read through, but I think as we build up a backlog it will be easier for people to determine what this is all about.
The post on Belfry has been up since last August, at about the time the comic debuted. I was happy about that at the time, but now I wish whoever had added it would have waited a few months. Still grateful they did it, mind you, but since you get a lot of traffic to your page when you're still on the new comics page, I think we could have kept a lot more of the first time readers if they had had more than four strips to look at.
On April 10, we got added to the Ursa Major Recommended Reading list, which I'm sure will be very helpful. We got placed in the "Anthropomorphic Graphic Story" category instead of "Anthropomorphic Comic Strip," but I guess that's still technically accurate.
A kind soul posted a listing on Dragonwire, but I have no idea how successful that's been to bringing readers to the fold.
In the future, I plan on creating a listing for the comic on Wikifur, and possibly signing in Belfry to post updates about the comic on the Scrawlings page: http://belfrycomics.net/misc/Board?fullscreen=1
Anyone else have any suggestions for prime places to mention the comic?

I'm still hoping to add a listing on WikiFur, but I've been sort of holding off on in until we have a few more stories written. Namely because I feel some characters to be introduced in some upcoming stories should be mentioned on the entry as well.
