This is a question for Kaige and Kiley...
A lot of people who work for money don't always care about what they have to do to get paid. Dragons in particular have a reputation for being greedy and unscrupulous. Is that an unfair stereotype for your kind, and what keeps you two honest?

Kaige: Well which story would get told more? The story about the old, friendly dragon who just keeps to himself or the virgin princess eater who steals whatever he can get who the 'mighty' dragon slayer finally puts an end to? There are a lot of good, decent dragons, more than the not so good dragons, out there but no one hears about them.
Kiley: Dragons are just like anyone else. There are good and bad of us. Now we do tend to like and hoard gold, silver, jewelry, and the like and tend to defend our hoard rather fiercely, but there are plenty of us who gather it honestly. And since we can live for centuries, the hoard can get rather large.
Kaige: As for me and Kiley, we do collect fees and other things for our bounty hunting services, but we always charge fairly based upon what the situation is. What keeps us honest besides our personalities? Our work. If we became greedy, self-serving dragons, no one would hire us because we could end up being worse than the filth we bring to justice because we would be abusing and taking advantage of the ones we are there to help. And I don't know about you, but I'd hate to be considered a hypocrite or be reviled.
Kiley: We definitely prefer to be welcomed into a village or town and not regarded with distrust because the people there wonder how we are going to swindle them for taking care of a problem for them. We love helping people while making a profit at the same time, but we are not going to cheat our clients or charge unfairly.

Questions for Tazel!
1. When you do the multiple you thing, are your duplicates autonomous or are they under control of the original you? 2. Do they have personalities or are they basically just projections of you? 3. Can they speak for themselves or at all? Or if they do speak, is it you who are really doing the talking? 4. Is there a limit on how far away they can get from you?
Thanks multi-foxy! :3

Oooh! Questions! I love giving answers! Umm...
1. Well, mostly they're under my control. When I have only a few of them, it's like an extension of my limbs. Perfect control. But the more I make, the harder it is to focus enough to control all of them. In those cases, I just let them be on their own. But I've let fewer numbers go 'automatic' before. It's okay - I trust them like I trust myself!
2. They have my personality, so I'm not too worried about an 'evil twin' when they go on their own. However, some of them get a bit unpredictable. Mischievous, even. Selinda usually just rolls her eyes when the other me's break out into a spontaneous Twister game.
(Another Tazel pipes up, "We've tried to get her in one... might as well try to burrow through the underworld with a plastic spoon!" All the other Tazels giggle at that.)
3. Tazel #3: "Oooh, let me handle this one!" (Tazel #1 grins and gives a 'go ahead' gesture) Tazel #3: "Well, Kaotix, when we're basically left to ourselves, we speak for ourselves. Got our own minds. But we kinda know our place - we know we're not the originals, even though we can speak for her. Like I'm doing right now!"
4. (Tazel #1 takes the front again) "A limit of distance? Hmm. I've never really tried. I know I can be from one end of Haven to the other - and as you can guess, the place is a LOT bigger on the inside than the outside. I guess I'll find out someday - and you'll be the second to know, since I'd be the first!"
Hope that helps! Drop by Haven anytime!

Thanks for the answers, Tazel(s)!
I have one more that has been bugging me since you and your duplicates answered those, especially since they can be autonomous and such.
When you reintegrate a duplicate or duplicates with yourself, what exactly happens? Do their experiences just get added to your own so that all future duplicates have the same experience base to start from?

d**n, you're just full of good questions! To answer that one, remember that the copies are extensions of me. When they're autonomous (Which doesn't happen often, as I've said), they obviously experience different things at once. In order for me to make use of that, I need to know what they've experienced, so we do integrate.
(Tazel looks at one of the other copies of herself, who looks a bit sheepish)
Course, in those moments of mischief, some could try to block certain memories during integration... like a box of water balloons she sets on an ajar door, letting me run... RIGHT into it.
(The other Tazels giggle as the sheepish one blushes. The original giggles along with the other foxes)
Good one, that. Anyhow, yes, we reintegrate fully 99% of the time. There's always the 1%, but it's not a problem, typically.

Deer Ceryn,
What things have you had to deal with since being changed into a 'Taur?
And does your butt get cold now?

Ceryn: Learning to walk properly was a big hassle, I must admit. On top of that, you have to get used to be a creature that's just naturally louder at things. Most of us get used to the normal amount of noise we make with our bodies. When I'm clanging around in this miniature tank of a body, it feels like I'm stomping everywhere I go.
And yes, I'm more aware of the elements now. It's not just cold... being wet is an issue now two. It used to be if my lower body got rain or snow splashed on it, I could go inside and change my pants. Now I have to wait until my lower torso dries. It's really annoying.

In order to keep in fighting shape, one must continually train and hone and improve his or her skills. How do you girls keep yourselves in top form? Do you train and spare with each other and how and where do you do it so you don't get seen by your Earthen neighbors?
And question #2 since I just thought of this one. This one is for Sheila.
The kangaroos I'm familiar with have pouches but lack mammalian breasts since they are marsupials. Their teets (for lack of a better word) are in their pouches for their young to feed off of. You obviously have breasts as well as a pouch. Is your pouch just a pouch or do you have teets in there as well? And is your birth cycle different from non-anthro 'roos?
I feel like a pervert for asking that... But I think it's a legitimate question.
Kaige: Show us you-
NO.
Kaige: Aww... But I was just joking.

Reece: "OOO! Me! Me! I got this one! To answer your question, yes, we do have to train to keep in shape. Sheila's excercise room is good for just regular aerobics, but we obviously can't do too much magic in the house. As for the magical stuff, there are some magical little pocket dimensions we can go to, sort of like those training simulations in The Matrix. We didn't create them, we just stumbled on them... they're holdovers from some earlier time from when magical beings used to be on this planet, long before mortals arrived.
When we're in those dimensions, we're free to hone our magical skills. We do some physical fighting, Sheila usually wins those, but Ally can keep her on her toes. Ally tends to get mad when I get knocked to the ground and start laughing, she wants me to take it more seriously.
We also try to practice teamwork. Emphasis on the word try. There is some strategies that work good in conjunction with each other, but unfortunately, our magic techniques are a little different so it's hard to get one person to understand another's line of thinking.
Plus, you have to understand that with each foe we face, it presents unique challenges. If it's the first time we've encountered them, we don't always know if we should use finesse or brute strength to beat them.
Now, as for Sheila's mammaries..."
Sheila: "... I think I can take it from here. Heh, well, I'm just going to break the fourth wall here and say that as a furry, my body is not 100% accurate to that of real kangaroos. We have breasts in the same area as most human females, and our pounches are basically just storage bins for our young.
On that note, are children are also born fully formed, not in the larval state real marsupial children are born in. Thank goodness, if I ever do have kids one day, I'd rather it be something I can cuddle right off the bat."

Miss Selinda,
How do you help poor mortals who have been changed magically into another form, either by accident or by a malicious magic user, cope and adapt to having their lives totally changed?

Selinda: "Well, it's a challenge, that's for sure. The first thing I can do is simply be there for them. When a mortal gets thrown into this world of magic and mayhem, to call it a culture shock is, well, an understatement.
"Mortals who have been transformed into something deformed, like poor Ian, have it the hardest. Comparing it to rape would be in poor taste, but it's still an extreme violation of a person. For magical beings fleeing their home worlds, my Haven is a shelter, but for mortals, it also functions as a crisis center.
"Once they're okay with their new form, I try to help build up their self-esteem. We're all about positive reinforcement here at the Haven. If the spell is reversible, we do our best to return the victim to normal as soon as possible. If it's not, we try to find some sort of service they can provide amongst magic folk. But even then, it's not always easy, since the same magic folk who look down on normal mortals also have problems with deformed ones too.
"That's ultimately the real curse. They can't go back home, and they can't fit in amongst the magical bigots."

This one is for Will.
You're an indie punk rocker, but it's been established that you do tours and the like. How well known are you and your music in your area? Do clubs and other avenues seek out your services or do you have to do alot of travelling to find places that will hopefully hire you to play?

Will: "Oh boy, I've never gotten a question before. "My band and I play throughout the state, mostly in six cities. We have a bit of a reputation at this point, but we're still struggling, as you can tell. We have standing invitations with certain clubs, but it's all punk venues, so never more than 100 people in the place. "We still have to do some traveling. Turk and I co-manage the band, so we have to send out promos of our gigs and such. We are getting a lot more gigs lately, so that's cool. But with everything, there's consequences. Less time at home with the ball and chain."

What's the name of the magazine you work for and what does it specialize in?
